1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of Numo products through this Shopify store. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
2. Seller

3. Products
Numo Pro is a digital software product for tracking and organizing business, e-commerce and financial overview data. Numo Setup includes Numo Pro and an additional personal setup or walkthrough session, for example through Discord.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the Shopify checkout before the order is placed. Payment is processed through Shopify and the available payment providers. The product is delivered only after successful payment.
5. Delivery of digital products
Digital products are delivered after purchase through the selected digital delivery method, for example by download link, email or another delivery method provided in the checkout process. The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and for downloading and saving the product after delivery.
6. Numo Setup and appointments
Setup appointments are arranged separately after purchase. The customer must provide the information needed for the setup and must appear at the agreed time. If a customer cannot attend, they should contact support in advance so a new appointment can be arranged where possible.
7. Intended use
Numo is a tracking and overview tool. It is designed to help customers organize and understand their own numbers. It does not replace professional accounting software, tax advice, legal advice or financial advice.
8. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for checking all entries, exports, reports and calculations before using them for business, tax, accounting or decision-making purposes. The customer should keep their own backups and make sure that the tool is used correctly.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the withdrawal period if the customer expressly agrees that delivery starts before the withdrawal period ends and confirms that they lose their right of withdrawal once delivery begins. The exact withdrawal process and any required consent are handled through the checkout and the store’s withdrawal information.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the applicable consumer law, the withdrawal rules and the specific circumstances of the order. If a digital product has already been delivered and the customer has agreed to immediate delivery with loss of the withdrawal right, a refund may not be available unless required by law.
11. License and usage rights
After purchase, the customer receives a personal, non-exclusive right to use Numo. The product may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded for redistribution or made available to third parties without permission.
12. Updates and support
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the purchase does not include a permanent right to future updates, custom changes or unlimited support. Support is provided voluntarily and within a reasonable scope.
13. Liability
The seller is not liable for incorrect entries, missing backups, business decisions, tax consequences or financial results based on the customer’s use of the product. Statutory liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and other mandatory legal liability remains unaffected.
14. Changes to these terms
The seller may update these terms for future purchases. The version shown at the time of purchase applies to the customer’s order.
15. Governing law
German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of another country provide otherwise.
